Alpa Depani leads the Strategic Planning and Design team at Waltham Forest, where she has embedded an inclusive design-led culture that delivers exemplar quality development for the borough’s residents and communities. Alpa previously worked in architectural practice and was awarded a travel fellowship by The Churchill Fellowship and British Council, to undertake international research on community-led public space. She has taught architecture at a number of universities and currently teaches at the London School of Architecture.
