Błażej Czuba’s expertise covers architecture, urban design and development management in both the public and private sectors. He has worked on complex mixed-use regeneration schemes, residential-led and industrial-led masterplans, and the development of policy, guidance, and design. Key projects include masterplans for Red Bank in Manchester, Winstanley York Road in Wandsworth, and Bow Goods Yard in Stratford. Błażej has developed design guidance and research on parking, local centres, vision-led transport planning, morphology and housing typologies, as well as industrial intensification and urbanism.
