Chloë Phelps
Director, Grounded & BPTW
Chloë Phelps has a unique blend of public and private sector expertise as an architect, in practice, as well as in leading development and planning teams. Chloë heads up the female-led architecture practice Grounded and is a director at housing and urban design practice BPTW. Chloë has extensive experience working on large-scale public housing, town centre renewal strategies, and delivery of homes on small sites. She previously led the Croydon Small Sites Programme, which led to recognition as one of the Architects' Journal’s ‘40 under 40’ in 2020.
