David Ubaka Placemakers undertake architecture, strategic urban and transportation masterplans and heritage centred regeneration for clients in the public and private sectors. David previously led design excellence at TfL and Design for London – co-founding Urban Design London and shaping projects such as Crossrail, Windrush and King's Cross Squares, Legible London, London Overground, West Ham Bus garage and the London Cable Car. He is an experienced member of design review panels around the country.
