Gavin Hale-Brown has extensive experience working with existing buildings in conversion and adaptive reuse. His studio is renowned for its expertise in retrofit, workplace and healthcare design, as well as housing, education and commercial projects. Notable schemes include the Grade I listed Sheridan House and the award-winning TalkBack Thames TV. In 2022, Hackney New Primary School and 333 Kingsland Road was shortlisted for the Stirling Prize and won the Neave Brown award for ‘best affordable housing scheme’ in the country.
