Hanna Afolabi is a regeneration specialist and founder of Mood and Space, a development company that supports the delivery of community focussed buildings and places. With a background in regeneration, Hanna has 13 years’ experience in the industry and has worked across a number of large-scale regeneration projects in inner London involving public and private partnerships. Hanna provides key input on development strategies, masterplan optimisation and viability testing, to successfully achieve planning consent and routes to market.
