Hari Phillips co-founded Bell Phillps and is now director of form place, a consultancy which seeks to raise the quality of the built environment through education, mentoring, client advice and design review. He formerly Chaired the Camden Design Review Panel and co-chaired the London Legacy Development Corporation’s Quality Review Panel. Hari is a member of the Oxford Design Review Panel, a tutor at Ravensbourne University, and an external examiner at the University of Brighton. He is also a judge for the Housing Design and Civic Trust Awards, and a trustee of the Museum of Architecture.
