Iris Papadatou is co-founder at YOU&ME and has over 20 years' experience in regeneration and community projects, specialising in multi-stakeholder engagement. Key projects include the Shrubhill place-making strategy, Waterloo Gardens Community Centre, Yeovil public realm and Living Room pavilion within IQL in Stratford. Educated at Cambridge and the RCA, Iris previously worked at Future Systems and Featherstone Young, winning RIBA awards for Stonecrop House and Dellow Day Centre. She has taught at the Royal Academy of Arts, RIBA, Central Saint Martins UAL and V&A Museum education programmes.
