Joanne Cave is the Chair of David Lock Associates, an independent town planning and urban design practice founded in 1988 and based in the new city of Milton Keynes. She specialises in leading complex masterplan projects and strategies for urban extensions, town centres and regeneration areas, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure an integrated approach.
