Joanne Cave is a planner and urban designer, and a Partner at David Lock Associates. She specialises in leading complex masterplan projects and strategies for urban extensions, town centres and regeneration areas, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure an integrated approach. Joanne also co-chairs the Oxford Design Review Panel.
