Jonathan Hagos has experience working in historic contexts and is on the RIBA Conservation register. He is a director of Freehaus, delivering inclusive community projects that encourage positive societal change. Notable schemes include the award-winning Africa Centre in Southwark, and the Rising Green youth club in Haringey. In 2025 Freehaus was appointed as the lead architect for the Grenfell Memorial. Jonathan has been a Mayor of London’s Design Advocate for two terms and sits on the Hackney Regeneration Design Advisory Group.
