Lemma Redda co-founded his own architecture and design & build practice, Grafted, in 2022. Prior to this, he gained over 15 years’ experience working in design-led architectural practices including DSDHA, MICA and Piercy & Co. Grafted's first design and build project, Cast Corbel House, featured façade elements fabricated by the practice in-house and won the RIBA Norfolk Design & Craftsmanship award. Lemma is also a member of Southwark Design Review Panel.
