Matt Sampson helped establish the Regeneration Team at The Crown Estate, leading a portfolio of GDV £4 billion, including 6,500 planned homes within Hemel Garden Communities. He is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the Academy of Urbanism (AOU), and Chair of the British Property Federation’s (BPF) Development Committee. Matt is currently part of the team updating the BPF’s ‘Unlocking Growth through Partnership’ report, and has been an awards judge for the AOU and the British Council for Offices.
