Mellis Haward is a director of Archio Architects, an award-winning practice with experience in delivering innovative community led housing and social housing retrofit at scale. Mellis led the pioneering community-land-trust Citizens House project in Lewisham, which won the Pineapple Award for ‘Community Engagement’ in 2023 and the British Homes Awards ‘Best Affordable Housing’ and ‘Judges Award for Excellence’ 2023.
