Naike Zambotti has over 12 years' experience in masterplanning, social housing, and urban regeneration for the public and private sectors. Having lived in the UK and abroad, she brings a cultural perspective to the built environment, balancing strategic policy with community-centred design. Naike specialises in design codes and visions that prioritise place-based identity and long-term social value. She also mentors young people in urban design, and is a member of the Urban Design Group Executive Committee.
