Since joining Heatherwick Studio in 2005, Neil Hubbard has led a number of high-profile international projects, combining his background in design with significant experience of transforming the built environment. Notable schemes include the award-winning Little Island, a new public park and performance space in the Hudson River in New York City; Azabudai Hills, a six-hectare mixed-used district close to Tokyo Tower; Pacific Place, a 100,000 sqm retail centre in Hong Kong; the re-design of the London Routemaster bus; and a flagship store for Longchamp in Soho, New York. Neil also leads the design and curatorial support of Heatherwick's international exhibitions.
