Paul Monaghan is an architect, advisor, and founder of Allford Hall Monaghan Morris. He has 30 years’ experience leading on a variety of projects, including public and community buildings. These have included groundbreaking social housing in Barking; a new home for the Metropolitan Police; new schools in Dagenham, Southwark, Westminster and Wandsworth; and a proposal for a new House of Commons. Paul was previously an an advisor for CABE and later the Design Council, and is now an ambassador of the Design Council.
