Phil Isaac leads the Simple Works' commitment to regenerative design and innovation. With a strong technical background, Phil is a fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers and has a PhD in Civil Engineering. His work spans a variety of complex and unorthodox projects, from masterplans to sculptural designs and low carbon or reclaimed materials. Phil leads the practice’s research and innovation agenda, and regularly contributes to books and journals on topics such as low-carbon design. He is a visiting research fellow at the University of Bath.
