Phil Jones is a chartered engineer with over 40 years’ experience, principally in traffic engineering, transport planning and urban design. Since he founded Phil Jones Associates in 2003, the PJA group of companies has now grown to provide services in transport planning, engineering, environment and placemaking across the UK and Australia. Phil’s experience includes preparing transport strategies for existing settlements and major developments; and leading street improvement and urban design projects in villages, towns and cities.
