Rachel Hoolahan has extensive experience working with existing buildings, using data and knowledge from a series of deep research assignments to push the boundaries of sustainable development – both in refurbishment and new build projects. As a member of a number of research groups, she translates research into meaningful change on projects. Rachel was awarded the AJ100 Sustainability Champion of the Year award in 2021 for her research on Material Passports.
