Sam Goss is a chartered architect and founding director at Barefoot Architects. He has over 15 years’ experience in socially and environmentally driven design, leading on schemes such as Hazelmead, which was named the overall winner of the National Housing Design Awards 2025. Sam specialises in innovative forms of affordable housing, co-housing and community-led projects, with award-winning work that balances creativity, sustainability and inclusivity. Alongside practice, Sam writes, speaks and advocates for systemic change in how new homes and communities are created.
