Tom Morgan has experience working on many notable and award-winning schemes across the residential and education sectors. Tom is Bell Phillips’ sustainability research lead, helping to develop a bespoke embodied carbon measuring tool. Tom grew up in Reading, beginning his life in practice at Andrews Khalik Architects (now the Harris Partnership) on London Road. Accordingly, he has a detailed knowledge of the town’s character, history and geography and retains a vested interest in its development as a major urban centre.
