Tom Newby is a structural engineer with experience working on a range of projects including stadia, tall buildings, social housing, and masterplanning. His focus is on leading high quality collaborative design, working with multi-disciplinary teams and making best use of innovative design methods to deliver the project vision. Tom has also worked as a humanitarian aid worker, focussed on post-disaster shelter, which has given him a solid grounding in community engagement and co-design, and an understanding of equity and inclusion.
