Vivienne Ramsey has over 45 years’ experience as a town planner. After working in local government, latterly as Head of Development and Building Control at the London Borough of Newham, she set up the Olympic Delivery Authority's planning function as Director of Planning Decisions. Post-Games she established the London Legacy Development Corporation as a planning authority, becoming Executive Director of Planning Policy and Decisions concentrating on the post-Games transformation of the Park and surrounding area, and the production of its first Local Plan.
