Job description – Panel Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable project coordinator to join our team, supporting Frame Projects across its management of design and community review panels. You will be degree qualified and articulate, with excellent writing, editing, and organisational skills. The ability to work well as part of a team and communicate confidently with our expert panel members is also essential.

The role

Working with the panel management team at Frame Projects, you will provide coordination support to several design and community review panels. You will be in daily contact with planning authorities, design teams and panel members to arrange design and community review meetings.

You will also be involved in evaluation of our services, and helping to organise and host events such as annual meetings and urban design training.

Collaborative working with other members of the Frame Projects team will be crucial to all aspects of your work. You will be supported and directed by our senior management team.

High standards of presentation are essential in everything we do, and you will assist in producing presentations, brochures, and web content.

The role allows for the development of your project management skills, as well as your knowledge of the built environment and national infrastructure projects.

Company benefits

We feel that it’s important for coordinators at Frame Projects to have a personalised training plan to support their professional development. At the end of your first year of employment, you will have access to a training budget, which we would encourage you to use. We would discuss what type of training would best suit your career ambitions, but possible options could include developing your skills and expertise in project management, town planning or the built environment.

We also offer a flexible approach to working, where staff will spend 3 days of the week either in the office or at an in-person review meeting, and the rest of their time working from home, should they wish to do so.
